"IT'S FREE & YOU SAVE" 2% NEW HOME - BUYER'S REBATE Purchase a NEW HOME through me, ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA, and receive a home buyer rebate equal to 2% of the selling price less a $290 Charles Rutenberg Realty office fee. (Calculations are based on a 3% selling side commission rate and equal 2/3 of that commission). If your Rebate is based on a real estate commission rate less than or greater than 3%, it will be prorated accordingly. HILLSBOROUGH - PASCO - PINELLAS "IT'S FREE & YOU SAVE" 2% RESALE HOME - BUYER'S REBATE * 2% REBATE IS THE SAME AS MY NEW HOME REBATE * Purchase a Hillsborough, Pasco or Pinellas County MLS RESALE HOME through me and receive a home buyer rebate equal to 2% of the selling price less a $290 Charles Rutenberg Realty office fee. (Calculations are based on a 3% selling side commission rate and equal to 2/3 of that commission). If your Rebate is based on a real estate commission rate less than or greater than 3%, it will be prorated accordingly. Buyers of FLORIDA MLS Resale homes in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties, who purchase a home through me, will always receive a rebate equal to 2/3 of the selling side commission less a $290 Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. office fee (explained below). A $290 Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. office fee will be deducted from all FLORIDA home buyer rebates when I personally represent you as your Home Buyer's Agent. There are no other charges. Rebates will be eliminated if the commission rate offered by the seller is less than 2% of the selling price. You may choose to receive your New or Resale Home Rebate in CASH, or as a Credit to reduce your Closing Costs. CASH Rebates will be paid within FIVE (5) working days of your closing. Credits will be received at Closing and disclosed on your HUD-1 Settlement Statement. "IT'S FREE & YOU SAVE" 1% NEW HOME - BUYER'S REBATE (1% in Florida if you require the services of an NHBRC Procured Agent) Purchase a NEW HOME through one of my NHBRC Procured Real Estate Agents and receive a home buyer rebate equal to 1% of the selling price less a procurement fee of $375. (Calculations are based on a 3% selling side commission rate and equal 1/3 of that commission). If your Rebate is based on a real estate commission rate less than or greater than 3%, it will be prorated accordingly. New Home Buyers in States other than Florida will always receive a rebate equal to 1/3 of the selling side commission less the $375 Procurement Fee. "IT'S FREE & YOU SAVE" .75% RESALE HOME - BUYER'S REBATE Purchase a MLS Resale home through one of my NHBRC Procured Real Estate Agents and receive a home buyer rebate equal to .75% of the selling price less a procurement fee of $375. (Calculations are based on a 3% selling side commission rate and equal 1/4 of that commission). If your Rebate is based on a real estate commission rate less than or greater than 3%, it will be prorated accordingly. Buyers of MLS Resale homes in States other than Florida, and in all Florida counties, other than Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas, will always receive a rebate equal to 1/4 of the selling side commission less the $375 Procurement Fee. A Procurement Fee of $375, payable to Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc., 1545 S. Belcher Rd., Clearwater, FL 33764, will be deducted from all rebates. There is no office fee and there are no other charges. Rebates will be eliminated if the commission rate offered by the seller is less than 2% of the selling price. You may choose to receive your New or Resale Home Rebate in CASH, or as a Credit to reduce your Closing Costs. CASH Rebates will be paid within TWO (2) WEEKS of your closing.
